People want to have better, be better, do better, and make this a better planet.  Good prevails over evil, although evil works quickly to destroy all that is good in the world. 

I believe that We are capable of great things beyond Our own imaginings.  We must believe in the goodness that exists in all people, even those who would consider themselves Our enemies.  By example, We have the power to show others how to live from the best inside of Ourselves.  There will always be predictable disappointments, but as My Amazing Grandmother always said, "consider the source" and know that these people are limited by their fear = False Experiences Appearing Real.  You have the power to control how their failings will show up in your life.

That being said, times ahead may be tough, but the world is not designed to be a vacuum; it is designed to be a support system ~ use it that way.  Reach out to your communities with an offering before you reach out with a request.  That's how good things happen.  When people know that you must know how to give in order to receive and, as My fabulous Aunt Diane says, "You can't receive with a closed fist."

This is a wonderful time We are living in.  It is a time of hope, of possibility, and of empowerment, if We are all willing to give even a little of Ourselves.  Many people do not know what they can do to contribute to their communities.  Begin with simple things like smiling at people as you pass them on the street; that may be the only smile someone receives that day.  Say "thank you," "please," and "excuse me".  It's the little things that add up to greatness. 

I recognize that I am great; otherwise people would not have tried to steal My identity, My work, ride on My reputation, and all of the other annoying things I described in The 12 Duhs of Christmas which actually occurred in My recent past.  One of the things I feel makes Me great is My practice of looking for the beauty and greatness in others and supporting them in it.   More times than not, people appreciate Me for this and are able to pass on the support to others and so on and so on. 

I support you in recognizing and cultivating your greatness.  We are going to be just fine in 2009.

So, I begin this New Year by choosing to:

	Forgive the offenders.   I understand that it is a lack of self-love that causes people to offend Me.  I do pity them, but just enough to make sure that I don't do anything to actually cause damage to them.  I forgive those who have attempted to steal from Me, take advantage of My kindness, and I even forgive those who have rewritten history to somehow make Me wrong when their horrid behavior caused Me to take action to save their lives from people threatening to "eliminate" them ~ and I mean this literally.  I do not have to, nor would I ever cause damage to My karma when the offenders' behaviors will balance things out just fine.  The issue in truth is whether they can forgive themselves...
	Be more direct in My communications and definitely more strict in what I allow in My Domain.  I know that quite a few of you are saying, "Good Goodness! How could She possibly be more direct than She already is?????"   I have little patience and it has been sorely tested during the past year by people who are so busy having a good time in My presence that they do not pay attention or follow instructions to achieve what they desire and do what is necessary to continue to enjoy being in My presence.  Therefore, they get on My nerves, they foolishly mistake My kindness for weakness, and My time could be better spent.   This is unacceptable, and disrespectful ~ your feelings will get hurt, and it will be your own fault. I have taken the time to tell people how to enjoy your time with Me, so READ MY WEBSITE,  pay close attention to What Is Expected and potential submissives must read My Requirements for Service.   I made it simple for fun and pleasure to occur.  Why people choose to be so lazy and stupid to just look at My photos, ignore the words, and think they are going to dictate things in MY DOMAIN is why they are punished.  I much prefer to enjoy you than to punish you.  But either way, I win.
	Consider accepting a 24/7 submissive.   It has been a very long time since I have had the pleasure of a submissive worthy of living in My home with Me.  Any person who would even consider applying should understand that you must have skills, stable employment, fit My requirements, and be a true submissive.  After all, I have 2 bedrooms in Manhattan, 2 blocks from the subway, with amazing heat and crazy neighbors who are a bit afraid of Me (just the way I like it!).   No, you will not have any kind of a free ride; you will work to keep Me and My household comfortable.  Begin your application here and follow instructions carefully AND I want an email with details on what you have to offer and why you desire to serve Me, in particular.  If any part of My application requirements are not fulfilled, I will ignore you completely.  Notice that I said I will consider accepting a 24/7; not that I will.
	Make special allowances for military personnel who wish to apply for service to Me.  I believe that those who have or are in the Armed Forces deserve an exemplary Domme to serve.  I have been made aware that occasionally, there are constraints to one's ability to serve a Domme, so I am willing to work with a truly submissive veteran to create a wonderful D/s relationship.  I love a sub in (or out) of uniform!  Note:  Although I love you all, I have a passion for Marines and Special Forces operatives...

This has to be one of the most fabulous animal sanctuaries in the world!  Best Friends Sanctuary is housed in Angel Canyon, at the heart of the Golden Circle of national parks in Southern Utah, where the animals - all rescued and have special needs where adoption, foster homes, and shelters are not options for them - everything from birds to horses, cats and dogs, pigs, fish, exotic creatures, and wild things!  After receiving the proper care and training, many animals move on to good homes and adopt good families.  Others spend the rest of their lives with love and care at the Sanctuary in their own little villages such as Dog Town, Cat World, Horse Haven, Parrot Garden, Piggy Paradise, Bunny House, Wild Friends, and The Clinic!  It's not just a sanctuary for animals.  About 20,000 people visit every year from all over the world and spend time with the animals, and you're only an hour or so from some of the world's other great natural miracles.

~ Puppies Behind Bars.  Puppies Behind Bars (PBB) instructs prison inmates on how to raise and train puppies who become service dogs for people with disabilities and bomb detection canines for law enforcement.  Many of these puppies are being placed with veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.  Currently, the Puppies Behind Bars program is active in seven prisons in NY, NJ and CT.  The dogs are free guests of the correctional facility, but the program is a registered charity and support is always welcome.  The guards and the administrators welcome them because they have noticed the positive effect that the PBB program and the puppies haves had on inmates.  Inmates go through a very comprehensive and intensive training program in order to work with these dogs.  View videos about the program and learn more how you can help the Puppies Behind Bars thrive HERE ~ sponsor a service dog today!   Read a great article about the lives of the dogs and inmates HERE.

~ Homeless Gear.  The mission of Homeless Gear is a simple one. Collect unwanted outdoor gear (packs, sleeping bags, etc) and re-distribute these items to the homeless. Homeless Gear intends to find a home for all unwanted outdoor gear and make the outdoors a little more like home for those without permanent shelter.  A segment of the homeless community can not gain entrance into overnight shelters because they have issues with drug or alcohol use. Even if they do find overnight shelter they have to spend the majority of their day outside in the elements. Imagine what a sleeping bag would do for someone forced to sleep or spend the day in their car or under a bridge.

~ FreeRice is a great way to contribute to the world hunger problem while enhancing your vocabulary.  So, it is not only good for you, it is great for your kids.  For each word that you correctly know the meaning of, several grains of rice are placed in a virtual bowl.  When the bowl is full, you continue to create another bowl.  The bowls of rice you create are donated to starving nations.  The site keeps track of your best score and stays challenging with a wide variety of words.  So, feed the hungry every day with FreeRice.  I contribute at least 1000 grains every day.  Go for it!

I REALLY dislike SPAM, but worse, I dislike when My emails go into Y/your spam folder because people did not follow the easy instructions to make sure that Y/you receive My Emails.

So, here's a tip for easy viewing of Y/your spam folder: alphabetize the FROM column.  Y/you should be able to click on the small toolbar above your emails that lists who the emails are from, the subject, etc.  If Y/you click on the FROM tab, your emails should sort alphabetically.  The same goes for navigating your emails by clicking on the Date, Subject and other tabs to sort them for easy reading.  This little tip will save Y/you a lot of time and aggravation.

And be certain to CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER every day!
