I want to thank E/everyone for the lovely condolences Y/you sent Me regarding My Grandmother's passing to the next Realm. I truly appreciate Y/your sharing of love.
The Animal Issue
Many know that I prefer animals to most people. The reason for this is that pets are truly loyal, forgive your mistakes, are always happy to see you, and comfort you when you are sad. Wild animals are part of the amazing beauty of what's left of O/our planet and W/we need to preserve their continued existence. So, this issue is dedicated to the resources that are available for people who love their pets, animals in danger of extinction, and what W/we can do to help make this a better world for all of Earth's Creatures. I also included a site to help people because, after all, not all people are undesireable. NY S.A.V.E, Inc. NY S.A.V.E, Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to the aid and assistance of low-income pet owners residing in one of the five boroughs of New York City, whose pet is in need of emergency veterinary care. We Need your help! Puppies Behind Bars Prisoners train puppies to become guide-dogs for the blind. The puppies live in prison for sixteen months, after which they are tested to determine their suitability for guide-dog work. If they are deemed suitable, Puppies Behind Bars returns them to the guide-dog schools from where they came. If they do not continue on the track to guide work, Puppies Behind Bars donates them to families with blind children. In either case, these puppies, raised in such a unique environment, spend their lives as companions to people who need them. This is also a wonderful way that prisoners give back to the community. Save The Wolves The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released its proposal to strip wolves of crucial Endangered Species Act protections in Idaho and parts of Wyoming. Both states are now preparing massive wolf eradication plans, and hundreds of wolves could be killed. Both Idaho and Wyoming have begun actively planning efforts to kill hundreds of wolves. As many as two-thirds of the wolves in Wyoming could be killed. And as many as 60 of Idaho's 71 wolf packs could be eradicated! The government once nearly allowed our Northern Rocky Mountain wolves to be shot, harassed and poisoned into extinction. We can’t let that happen again. My 2007 NYC Fetish Marathon Party!
There are lots of changes to the New York City Fetish Marathon this year, but one thing remains the same: My **Classic Fetish™ Party will have the elegant, sophisticated, beautiful people and vibe as always! Again, I am pleased that Joe Love will be My MC, bringing his joyous personality and special attentions to all the fun folks! I will announce the special attractions very soon, but as always, there will be special PartyDomme Play Favors for a good time at the Party and long afterwards! I usually have a theme for My Events, but I thought that since there was so much going on during the Marathon, that to have a regular** Classic Fetish™ Party was more than enough!
